Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline Announces Departure of Chief Financial Officer Tamara R. Wilson

(Owensboro, KY – Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc.) – Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that Tamara “Tami” R. Wilson, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will resign from the position effective September 17, 2022, to pursue another opportunity as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Rokstad Power, Inc. in Glendale, Arizona.

“On behalf of the Board and our entire team, I would like to thank Tami for her financial stewardship, her leadership, and her significant contributions to Southern Star. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors,” said Julie A. Dill, Executive Chair.

Southern Star’s Board of Directors has launched a formal search process to identify Wilson’s permanent replacement. Drew Bailey, the Company’s Vice President of Finance & Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s financial reporting until a new Chief Financial Officer is named.
